Although the stitches came out on 26th the nurse was not happy that they had only been in place a week, bound the wound with steri-strips, and warned me not to take care of it for another week. Frustrating, but apart from a few fine days the weather has remained unsettled and cold so I'm not missing that much! The 18 year tidal cycle has been resulting in some very neap neaps recently.
